Collect and manage information – those are the main bits of functionality offered by the Mind Collected software. From the application’s interface you can add all sorts of information into a database – info about books, info about games, info about hobbies, and so on. From the application’s interface you can efficiently manage all the information you added to the database. It must be mentioned here that Mind Collected uses tags to organize info.

Jiri Novotny, Dextronet.com co-founder, designed Mind Collected and rolled it out to the public in September 2014. Anyone who is interested in testing this software can do so on a PC powered by a 32- or -64-bit Windows edition. Support is provided for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Widows 8 (at the time of writing this).

You will see three entries on Mind Collected’s interface when you launch it for the first time:
Welcome – features a link to a quick start guide that helps you learn the basics of using Mind Collected; it also features a link to detailed online documentation.
Add/Edit Item Window Diagram – presents a diagram that explains how to add and edit an item.
Main Window Diagram – features a diagram that nicely presents Mind Collected’s interface.

Jiri Novotny explained that Mind Collected can be used as a collector’s tool and as a brain enhancement tool. Mind Collected is great as a collector's tool because it allows you to add all sorts of items to a database, allows you to easily manage all the items in the database, and allows you to easily search through the database (thanks to tags and thanks to the quick find function). Mind Collected is great as a brain enhancement tool because it can boost your memory, learning, creativity and productivity.

Mind Collected is free to use for a trial period of 30 days. To keep using this tool once the 30-day trial period expires, you will have to purchase a license.

I think Mind Collected is a great tool for collectors. It allows you to store information about anything that interests you, it allows you to manage your database entries, and it allows you to easily find any item you want.

Pros

Mind Collected works with 32- and 64-bit Windows edition, any edition from XP onward. Useful entries that explain how to use Mind Collected are presented on its interface. The aforementioned interface is very easy to use. Mind Collected is a great collector’s tool. Jiri Novotny, the one who designed Mind Collected, explained that Mind Collected is a great brain enhancement tool that can boost your memory, learning, creativity and productivity.

Cons

Trial limitations: 30-day trial, nag screen.
